For generations, the peaceful kingdom of Elandor thrived hidden from the human world, accessible only through a mysterious old wardrobe. Its forests could speak, animals walked upright, and magic flowed like the wind through the leaves.

But an old threat has begun to awaken.

Centuries ago, the Winter Queen was banished after attempting to plunge Elandor into an endless era of ice. Now, dark signs hint at her possible return. Frozen statues are reappearing, nights are growing longer, and an unnatural cold seeps through the corners of the enchanted wardrobe.

A small group of chosen ones has been summoned from the human world: you.

You must pass through the wardrobe, enter Elandor, and solve the puzzles that keep the Queen’s prison sealed. Magical creatures, ancient guardians, and forgotten realms will test you. If you fail, the Winter Queen will return… and this time, nothing will be able to stop her.

What is an escape room?

An escape room is an immersive experience in which a group must solve puzzles and riddles inside a themed room to complete a mission before time runs out.

Where are you located?

Escape and Fun is located at Calle Quetzal, number 18, 08014 Barcelona. We are well connected by public transport and close to Sants station.

In which languages is the experience available?

Our games are available in Spanish and English. If you wish to play in another language, please check availability in advance.

How long does the full experience last?

The total duration is approximately 75 minutes, including the welcome, initial explanation, the game (60 minutes), and a short closing with photos and comments.

Is previous experience required?

No experience is needed. Our games are designed for both beginners and advanced players. You just need to have fun.

What is the minimum age?

The recommended minimum age is 12 years. Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult inside the room.

Can children under 12 play?

Yes, children under 12 can play, but they must be accompanied by at least one adult per every 3 children inside the room.

Can children attend without adults?

Yes, if children are to play alone, a game master can accompany them inside the room for the entire experience, for an additional fee. We recommend checking the conditions when booking.

How many people can participate in a room?

The ideal number of participants varies depending on the room, but we generally accept groups of 2 to 6 people. For larger groups, please contact us.

Can I play if I’m pregnant or have limited mobility?

Some of our rooms are adapted or suitable for people with specific needs. We recommend consulting us before booking so we can provide the best option for you.

Can I cancel or modify a booking?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking at least 48 hours in advance. Please check our full cancellation policy when booking.

Do you offer experiences for companies?

Yes! We organise activities for companies, birthdays, hen/stag parties, families and school groups. Write to us and we will prepare a tailored proposal.

Can I give an experience as a gift?

Of course. We have gift cards valid for several months. You can purchase them on our website or directly at our venue.

Are your rooms scary?

No. Our rooms are not scary. The themes are focused on mystery and fantasy, ideal for all types of audiences.

What happens if we arrive late?

Out of respect for other players, if you arrive late your playing time may be reduced or the session forfeited. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early.

You don’t need to bring anything. Just come with comfortable clothes, an open mind, and team spirit.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there are parking areas nearby and public car parks. We are also close to several metro and bus lines.

What happens if we get stuck during the game?

Don’t worry, our game master will be monitoring the game at all times and can give you hints to keep you moving forward if needed.

Do the games change or get updated over time?

Yes. At Escape and Fun, we love to innovate, which is why we regularly update our rooms or introduce new missions and puzzles, so you can always enjoy a different experience—even if you’ve played before.

Can we play more than one room on the same day?

Yes! If you’d like to book more than one room for the same group, we recommend contacting us in advance to coordinate schedules and availability.

Are mobile phones or cameras allowed inside?

The use of mobile phones or cameras during the game is not allowed, in order to protect the experience and avoid spoilers. You can use them before and after, and we will take group photos at the end.

Are the rooms suitable for people with claustrophobia?

Yes, although they are enclosed spaces, the rooms are not completely locked and you can leave at any time. If you have claustrophobia, let us know when you arrive and we’ll help you feel comfortable during the experience.

What happens if one of the participants can’t continue?

If at any point during the game someone needs to leave, they may do so at any time, but they will not be allowed to re-enter the room once they have exited. This measure ensures the continuity and safety of the experience for the entire group.

Can we celebrate a birthday at the escape room?

Of course! Many groups celebrate birthdays with us. We can prepare a special experience and make space for photos and gift-giving at the end.

Are the games always indoors?

Yes, all our rooms are indoor experiences, fully themed and designed to be played in indoor spaces.

Is there any reward if we manage to escape?

Beyond the satisfaction of completing the mission, we take themed photos and give a small symbolic gift or special mention to groups that manage to escape in time.

Can we pay on-site or only online?

We accept online bookings and payments, but you can also pay on-site by card or cash, depending on availability. We always recommend booking in advance.
